Renovation of the Lawrence House 140-year-old farmhouse on the City of Mesquite historical register consisted of structural and aesthetic improvements. Work included the installation of steel skids under the kitchen addition to raise and level the addition, removal, and replacement of the crumbling brick fireplace, replacement of cedar shingle roof, and installation of new window screens. In addition, we provided repair work for a large wood roof deck, fascia, and wood porch as needed and repaired and refinished of all interior wood paneling, floors, ceiling and walls.
