Construction of a new outdoor facility that upgraded and partially repurposed an existing concession stand on the site. Work included partial demolition of the existing building, the addition of 1,400 sq. ft. of new restroom facilities, and renovation of the existing building to house a new concession area, office, and storage areas. Work included site work, utilities, concrete foundation, steel, masonry, MEP, and interior finish.
